1. Our wide mouth PET jar preform core and cavity are made of heat-treated S136 steel material to ensure hardness and lifespan, with a maximum of 500 mold cycles.

2. Adopting a hot runner system with German heating elements, the flow speed of plastic in the molten state is accelerated, saving materials and effectively ensuring the quality stability of plastic products.

3. Products such as wide mouth PET jar etc. are all determined by quantity, and the number of mold cavities determines efficiency. We achieve a maximum of 36 cavities.

4. It is important to save costs for users, and the mold should be designed with interchangeable components such as screw heads, weights, cavities, cores, etc. In this way, changing different inserts in one mold can achieve multiple bottle weights and shapes.

5. We adopt a double cone positioning design for the locking structure, which can avoid defects such as flying edges, inconsistent dimensions, and eccentricity after molding.

6. Use advanced processing equipment both domestically and internationally to perform high-precision machining on preform molds. In addition, equipment such as bridge type coordinate measuring instruments and articulated arm measuring instruments are used to control the precise size of the molds.

After the wide mouth PET jar preform mold is manufactured, we will conduct a series of operational testing according to the company's quality standards. Only after all tests meet the requirements can it be shipped.

8. We will provide spare parts, such as cores, cavity inserts, and other replaceable mold accessories, so that damaged parts can be quickly replaced.
